I found the score with Orchestra tutti sections reduced for second piano, but no second piano accompanying solo portions. Is there a score available with all orchestral portions reduced for second piano?

All of the Cramer Concertos were scored in a similar fashion and I am not aware of any modern Editions for 2 piano format.
