Is there any way the 4 Antonio Rosetti Horn concerti could be obtained?
they are as follows:
Horn Concerto in D minor, C38
Horn Concerto in E flat , C49
Horn Concerto in E, C51
Horn Concerto in F, C53

Rosetti's old enough that they should be in the public domain, so we're good there, but he's a bit obscure so it might be tricky to find.

There are more rosetti concerti than that: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antonio_Rosetti.

You can probably get them through interlibrary loan. Check worldcat. The most commonly available editions I believe were published by KaWe. Much of their horn library is now published by Hans Pizka: http://www.pizka.de/KaWe.htm. Many of these I believe were edited by Edmond Leloir who died recently in 2003. Other editions exist edited by Peter Damm and James Chambers. So it may be difficult to find a public domain edition. Good Luck!

Also check out http://www.corno.de/. They list their source editions (for example http://www.corno.de/webshop/Horn---Orch ... -Horn.html).
