Does anybody know where to get the complete intrumental parts (esp. clarinet) of complete operas (e.g. Carmen, "Der Ring", Rigoletto, ...)?

You can generally order them from Edwin F. Kalmus ( http://www.kalmus-music.com ), though the web-ordering is not very easy. They sell parts for most of the better-known operas that are public domain in the USA.
