I noticed that the Mozart's Requiem urtext edition is marked V/61/V (Non-PD-US), and it's also marked "Temporarily Blocked."

I'm in the US, so I obviously can't download the file. Is it labeled as blocked only to people in the US? Because if so, it would be nice to distinguish unreviewed blocked files from non-PD files. Unless "temporarily" means until 2069...

you can see if a file is unreviewed if it has: anything/U/U

So then, could it say "Blocked" or something about how it is copyright, and therefore unavailable, instead of "Temporarily Blocked?" I just don't want people getting the impression that it will be available eventually (before 2069).

Oh, it is not blocked until 2069. That's why it says "Temporarily Blocked"... it's only that because of technical reasons I cannot tell you the date the file will become available yet.
