"Enter parameters" message

Is it possible to cut this message, which sometimes appears when a user logs in?

All you need to do is ignore it and click on Main page and you can proceed as normal.

In addition the wording (I'm lazy etc ) is unworthy of a site used by adults.

WB

Why is it unworthy of a site used by adults, William? It's also used by kids, and it's rare to get the message.

I've actually never encountered this message, so if you could provide a screenshot or the verbatim message it'd be helpful. If it appears very infrequently, I think it might be less trouble to just leave it in.

This is the message in question:

\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
Parameters Needed
Because I'm lazy, and this special page is not used much (and probably only by admins), this special page uses a special syntax that must be entered directly into the URL. (Yes, kick me, but what can I say, I'm lazy :).
The syntax is as follows:
http://imslp.org/wiki/Special:IMSLPRece ... ions/<List Type (0 = scores, 1 = audio)>/(<Offset>)
\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
Opinions, please.

Regards,
WB

That page will show up for many pages without defaults (CR system esp.)...quite lazy

This message should never actually appear unless there is an error in the system (or you are tinkering with the URL). Can you tell me how you got it?

It will happen under the following circumstance (there are more, but I recall this one):

1. Log in
2. Go to the CR page (new additions)
3. Wait for the system to log you out
4. Hit "enter" (to refresh the page)
5. Go back (just once)
6. Press enter again

and you will get to the error page... I get it almost every week :P
