Performance-Restricted and Arrangements

It has been a while since I have contributed anything to IMSLP, but I am thinking I will start adding items again soon. I was surprised to see that the Performance-restricted copyright attributions are no longer available for arrangements. Obviously I could edit the page after the fact with the Performance-restricted attribution, but I am hesitant to do that if it breaks a rule. ASCAP certainly licenses arrangements, so I am interested in how to contribute them without losing the performing rights.
