I've been searching for years for the composer and title of a classical era composition. Can some one assist? Link below. Please do not respond by email.

Sorry the volume is low and quality is poor.

Well, I've done some browsing of preview files of classical allegro movements in B-flat major; no hits so far.
Any other info to offer?

A radio station host suggested it may be Haydn. For me the piece has Jupiter and Linz Symphonies' phrases.

The end of the movement is at the below link

I think Haydn/Mozart is a little too early for the style of the excerpt, especially the minor key introduction of seemingly new material right before the recap (assuming it's a sonata-allegro movement). The repetitive ending hints at Beethoven or one of his contemporaries. It may be a movement from a symphony or even an opera overture.
