Not unless it's public domain in Canada, which means it had to have been composed by someone who died earlier than 1959.

Or if the composer/arranger/rights-holder gives permission for the score to be uploaded.

A ton of jazz was written before 1959 so there's lots to choose from. :)

It's such a pity I would love music from Claude Bolling. He's amazing =)
Conductor, saxophonist, vocalist (baritone), violist, organist, percussionist, accompanist
I sometimes compose too.
