Instrumentation Question: Bells?

Hello all,

I am a composer who is interested in writing for the ancient Chinese and Korean instruments, the Bianzhong and the Pyeonjong. I am aware that they generally play 16 to 32 tones, but I am confused as to exactly what their note range is. Does anybody know the exact ranges of these instruments?
