Wrong instrument / culture

I noticed this following page: https://imslp.org/wiki/Haru_no_Umi_(Michio%2C_Miyagi) is for shakuhachi and koto.
It is by a Japanese composer, for Japanese instruments, but the page is wrongly tagged as "Scores featuring Chinese instruments" and "Scores featuring the xiao" (and correctly tagged as "Scores featuring the koto").
Could someone created the respective "Japanese instruments" and "Shakuhachi-" categories and re-tag this work accordingly? Or if you can point me to the instructions on how to do this, I'd be happy doing it myself.
