I uploaded the wrong file to http://imslp.org/wiki/She's_Like_the_Sw ... anadian%29, I've corrected that but now the preview image is wrong. How can that be updated?

I'm not sure how long it takes or even if the thumbnail image that is generated from the PDF updates itself. I know I've seen old thumbnails being displayed for files that were updated several weeks earlier and that purging the file and page histories didn't force the thumbnail to update. Because of this I went ahead and created an image file from the She's Like the Swallow PDF and have manually set that as the thumbnail to be displayed on that page.

That's the problem. It doesn't appear that the preview image that gets automatically generated from the pdf file ever updates when a new version of the pdf file is uploaded and I can find no means of deleting that preview image which is why I created one for use on the work's page.
