Spanish Capriccio vs. Capriccio Espagnol (Rimsky)

I noticed that Rimsky-Korsakov's Op. 34 is under the title "Spanish Capriccio." I've never seen it referred to in that manner, either on parts or recordings. Is that the accepted title elsewhere besides the U.S.A., perhaps?
It's not really a problem, except that a quick glance at R-K's works list might easily lead a browsing person to assume that "Capriccio Espagnol" is not in the IMSLP's holdings. Could a link using the alternate name be added to the list?
