Dear Carolus,
Your attribution to Rameau of Kreisler's copying of the Tambourin from Les fêtes d'Hébé (as presented on pages 245-8 of the Guilmant pf-vocal score) is quite valid. But the attribution to Dvořák of the Slavonic Fantasie in B minor is more debatable because, or if, only the extensive quote from "Songs my Mother Taught Me"--labeled "Intro." in the score--is followed by a long section of Kreisler's music. I felt that there was a similar issue with the "Beethoven" Rondino, which has a similar sequence of major-composer, minor-composer. Of course, the whole thing is of minor consequence, except that there is enough confusion out there already!

Yes, its only partially Dvorak so it should be attributed to Kreisler, who apparently wrote most of it. It will be getting its own page as a Kreisler piece, with the Dvorak listed as a related work. He caused quite a bit of confusion with his various attributions, especially those like this where he really did borrow some material.
