This item (http://imslp.org/wiki/Gotterdammerung_(Wagner,_Richard)) is not a full score but a piano reduction. Shouldn't it be identified as such?

Not only that, but the whole page is redundant.

The page has been redirected. I'm guessing the reason this was not caught before is because no new file was actually uploaded (it's just a link to the same file uploaded last month), so it didn't go through copyright review. Unsurprising it wouldn't be noticed otherwise considering the amount of activity per day.
