Submission problem?

I am attempting to upload a chamber arrangement of the Adagietto to Mahler's 5th symphony. Somehow the system uploaded 8 of the 9 files and then got disrupted. How can I complete this upload?

According to the page, nothing got uploaded from you or since March 13th by a difference user so I cannot see anything you did, and also if your using the same username as on here for uploading?
