IMSLP data breach

I've logged in twice now into IMSLP forums and the PD site. I've gotten a data breach popup saying my passwords were exposed on an app or a site.
Is anyone aware of this??
If my laptop has been exposed to a data breach by using IMSLP, I'm not going to be happy.
