Would that classify as "live video" or is that exclusively for seeing people perform the piece?

I thought you meant a score with animated notes, rests etc. What does your video has more than Adobe Reader with an automated page turn? Are there ways to automate page turns with other pdf viewers?

Does Adobe Reader also play the soundfile? The idea of that video is that you hear the music and follow the score. I know, it's only a minimal improvement over just opening two browser tabs and doing the page turns yourself.
