Help!

I am having great difficulty with transferring my files from wIMA to IMSLP because administrators begin changing my files before I have finished entering them. 
Practically all of them require editing after initial entry because the WIMA transfer form does not have space for all of the information I need to enter. Before I can return to do this editing, my files are taken away, moved, edited,etc. by someone else, resulting in lost information from my entries and subsequent pieces being entered in the wrong place. This is happening daily by different admins. I have asked them repeatedly to give me time to finish the entry but the request is ignored. 
How can I indicate that I am not finished?
