Watchlist

Hello,
I have been wondering if there is a way of keeping track of the new additions for one particular instrument (in my case, the horn). I have been working over the past few months to enrich the repertoire available, for the natural horn. It would be a great tool to be able to know when new pieces are added (to avoid doing the same work twice for example!).
I have tried with the watchlist, but for some reason I don't think it works. Neither is it possible to put the link in an RSS reader.
I would be really grateful if someone had a solution for me!
