Some layout questions

I was wondering about translated pages - are we going to use the top-navigation bar for other translations of the same page, or should we take it completely off even from the pages it already exists? (e.g. http://imslp.org/wiki/IMSLP:Sitemap)
Also, should we have another forum for all threads related to layout? Things like the imslp logo/favicon, about suggestions for the portal layout, suggestions for the main page layout (it needs changing now that we have that many languages - on firefox 1024x768 it shows a bit funnily), or any other suggestsion regarding the layout of IMSLP. I think this would focus efforts of people who want to work on the layout, and would make the suggestions and ideas more clearly laid out.
