I am about to upload Pearsall's translation and arrangement of "In Dulci Jubilo" (in the form of Westbrook's four-part arrangement of Pearsall's eight-part arrangement). I assumed this would go under composer Anonymous. But I find that there are In Dulci Jubilos scattered around the site, not just under Anonymous. Advice? Thanks. Olmsted

From your description, I think that it would qualify to upload this item under Pearsall's name. When the arranger has added their own harmonization, introductions, transitional material or codas to the original single-voice tune, it generally counts as a composition. This obviously can get extremely complicated, as it its frequently difficult to determine what, exactly, the original form of a tune like In Dulci Jubilo was. This rule does not apply to composed works which are very well-known, like Franz Gruber's Stille Nacht or the arrangement by W.H. Cummings of Mendelssohn known as Hark, the Herald Angels Sing.
