What is the status of these works?

All are still protected by copyright worldwide. Because Stravinsky died in 1971 his works won't be in the public domain until January 1, 2022 in Canada (50 years postmortem - first day of the new year following the 50th anniversary of his death) and January 1, 2042 in the EU (70 years postmortem). In the United States since all the works in question were published with valid copyright notices after 1922 they should be in copyright for 95 years from their copyright date (subject to change at the whims of Congress). The only works by Stravinsky that can be placed on IMSLP are those works published before 1923 as they are in the public domain in the United States. Such files are not added to the site in the regular fashion but must be uploaded directly to the U.S. server and then have links placed on the work pages. It's a completely different process. We may be close to having all his PD-US works available.
