Issay Dobrowen Jugend Sonate

Does anyone know where and when this was published? It might look like Universal Edition but I'm not sure. The bottom left corner of the last page has inscription Weag. The platenumber is omitted in the scan I got.
The same problem applies to the two waltzes Op. 6.

Sad to say, yes. Universal was quite religious about renewing their copyrights, so there's very little chance of this work being free in the USA.
