Debussy's Pelleas

Hi all,

I apologise if these questions have already been resolved or have already been asked elsewhere. I've searched and I couldn't come to a definite conclusion:

1. Pelleas with Debussy's 1905 orchestration changes isn't uploaded yet, is it safe to upload? (ie. only published in 1966)
2. The revised interludes: what is the copyright status for the full scores?

My confusion mainly stems from:

1. The piano arrangement for the interludes being only PD-US at the moment. Why is this?
2. Wishlist indicate that the revised orchestration is copyrighted worldwide, but this old thread seem to indicate that the score is OK to upload?

I'm probably missing something incredibly obvious here, but any help is greatly appreciated. I'd love to have clarity before I start scanning!

Why don't you upload it and we'll take a look? If its published in the 1960s and no extra editor or arranger that died less than 50 years ago, I think its fine now.

I can see the first page is already different, if this gives you any additional information: Cellos are divided into 3 instead of 2 compared with the current scan on IMSLP. It would appear that Durand used the same plates to make these amendments though.

I've uploaded the score. If this score is approved, I plan to upload a semi-matching set of parts as well. Thanks!

P.S. I've just realized that I should've posted this thread under the "Copyright Status Requests" board. I sincerely apologise. I'm new to these forums, even though I've been using IMSLP for years!
