I've got a copy, but my version is under copyright, 'cause it's published in 2006 by a new publisher or is the first publishing date the important date?

I've got the piano part, but I'm sorry, it's still under copyright. I'm going to visit some libraries in the next weeks. Perhaps I'll find an old copy, which is not under copyright.

Maybe you could upload the other parts in the meantime. I'd really appreciate that.

Does anybody know where to get the complete intrumental parts (esp. clarinet) of complete operas (e.g. Carmen, "Der Ring", Rigoletto, ...)?

Very good question! I spent some years looking for the score. A few months ago, an orchestra in the neigborhood has played this piece by the direction of Jon Lord himself. I asked a friend, who is employed at the orchestra. He told me, that the score and the sheet music is not publicized. That means...

Perhaps you could order it at a university library.

I dont't believe that ereasing will beware you of copyright charges!

What's about the Antartica? I think there's no copyright (just for hosting the scores - I know that the location of the download is pertinent for the use of the copyright).

A layman asks: is it possible to run more than one server in countries with different copyright? Or is there no point in that?

I agree with Vivaldis opinion. The damage for the UE is bigger than they imagined before. Now they want to "calm the waves".
