Okay...... I live in a Life+50 country, where Gershwin is already PD.

So if anyone also live in a Life+50 country and have access to the Gershwin score and parts, please flick me a private message.

Does anyone have the full score and more importantly, orchestral parts? My orchestra really needs it for the concert soon.

IMSLP has done a great job at hosting PD PDF scores. It would be nice if there is a PD repository for audio records (in open-standard format such as ogg). Would it be feasible if IMSLP also takes ogg files? It can take out-of-copyright records, or CC-compatible recording from individual / groups

Hey do we have some books for absolute beginners in different instruments (such as piano), theory, or musicianship? if we have, should we create a group for them so that they are more visible to music teachers?

So if a work is PD in Canada and US, but *not* EU, will downloading be blocked?

And for long term, IMSLP will be like Mutopia, except IMSLP is for PDF entries, and Mutopia is for lilypond (re)typesets...............

do you mean making the first page of any PDF a preview image, then link a thumb to it?

At this stage, PDFs do not have preview images, as the first page is not necessary the score. Also you can figure out how it sounds by going to youtube...........
