Re: Translate russian title
The title translates as "Country Song" or "Russian Song", if that helps.

Re: Tchaikovsky Coronation March
The arranger seems to have been one Severian Nikolayevich Ganichev, the composer of a couple of Soviet military marches. There's practically nothing about him online, but he looks to have been active mid-late 20th century, possibly still alive. The 1990 publication of his arrangement of Tchaikovsky'...

Re: composition does not show up under composer
Don't worry, you've done nothing wrong. There's always a delay in new things appearing for users who aren't logged in (it's called "caching"). The system should catch up in a couple of days, but until then you're probably best staying logged in.

Re: [B] "This file is currently blocked" ?
Don't worry, it's just routine, and means that the files are pending copyright review before they become fully accessible to everyone. This normally happens within a few hours, or a day or two at most, depending on how many new files need reviewing.

Re: Can't upload score - "Error: This page is protected???
It seems that the page has been protected by Carolus to stop anyone other than administrators from editing it. Maybe it's because the page is getting to an unmanageably large size. Carolus should be able to tell you.

Re: What is IMSLP's definition of a collection?
In Hinner's case the situation is confusing because there are other items without opus number, such as "9 Romances and 3 Harp Sonatas" and "6 Harp Sonatas" which may or may not constitute collections, and also a rogue "Harp Sonata in E-flat major" which could belong to ...

Re: What is IMSLP's definition of a collection?
A "Collection" on IMSLP consists of two or more "Works" in a single published edition. The collection pages were introduced because it isn't always possible to split a printed edition into its constituent parts, or there is some value in keeping an important edition intact. So th...

This would normally go on the opera's workpage, unless, for example, the composer had set a different text to the music to make it a completely different work

Re: Marguérite douleureuse au rouet (no. 2),Op.26 (Zabel, Albert)
Different titles, different opus numbers, so no need for the confusing "(No. 2)" in the page title, even if it appears in the score. I've moved it to ""Marguérite douleureuse au rouet, Op.26 (Zabel, Albert)"
